Not only does New Step Podiatry give a staff discount to all services and products. We also have a team incentive program; ‘Go, Glow, Give, Gain, Grow’. A percentage of each month’s revenue goes into each of the categories, let us tell you more!
This category covers fun things like team social events and weekly coffees before our team meetings. Our Social event ideas come from team member suggestions.
For practice upgrades and improvements. This makes clinic life more streamline and enjoyable. It covers anything from a new desk chair, functional storage solutions, a new shelving unit, wall decor and indoor plants. We want our practice to be the best it can be for both our clients and our team.
We support our community through giving financially to local community organisations or charities. The selected organisations are chosen from team member suggestions.
Provides our Podiatrists with continuing Professional Development. Whether it is an online course or attending a conference; we believe this empowers and inspires our Podiatrists to continue to provide the best health care to our clients through gaining new skills and developing their knowledge.
For new or upgrade our existing Podiatry equipment. This will help us to grow our reach within the community through expanding the services that we offer.
New Step Podiatry provided me with amazing flexibility around my ever -changing university schedule. It has allowed me to develop the skills of organisation and the understanding of how an allied health practice is operated. I have loved my time at New Step Podiatry as the team has been continually supportive in and outside the practice.

I started working at New Step Podiatry this year transitioning from a private practice on the South side of Canberra to help improve my skill sets.
